We recently completed on a fully non-combustible build up at 16 Eastcheap.
Here you can see AMR's roofing and cladding using 1300m2 0.8mm VM Quartz Plus Unaligned diamond shingles and 100m2 0.7mm VM Quartz Plus curved standing seam roofing, all installed to a fully non-combustible substrate.
We also fabricated the dormers in VMZinc, and designed and installed 650m2 Bauder flex roof system, including finishes.
The main contractor was Collins Construction Ltd. The project was a finalist in the AJ Retrofit Awards 2022 within the Workplace £5 - £10m category.
