Grand Designs™

All Metal Roofing have worked on numerous residential projects that have been showcased by Grand Designs – the UK’s leading TV programme for bespoke projects.

Coach House, Hamilton Street, Cardiff won the category for ‘Best ECO’ house 2006. This house was finished with Rheinzink’s Blue Grey angle seam roofing with Photovoltaic panels on a fully supported and ventilated plywood substrate.

Focus House, Prah Road, London won the category for ‘Best ECO’ house 2007. This house was finished with VM Zinc’s Quartz Plus standing seam roofing and cladding directly fixed to a Foamglas insulation on a fully supported KLH timber panel construction.

Crossways, Staplehurst, Kent was televised in early 2009. Rheinzink was used to cap the parapet walls and fascia cladding to the entrance and carport for the owner/architect Richard Hawkes of Hawkes Architecture. See Grand Design’s awards page and the Grand Design website article for this project.
